  • Kansui powder
    Kansui powder is an essential ingredient for authentic Japanese style ramen noodles. It improves noodles’ texture, stickiness, flavor and gives characteristic yellowish color.
  • Noodle flour 
    High quality noodle flour, with a well balanced level of protein and water content, is a necessity for making Japanese ramen.  Our flour is available for small to mid-size restaurants and large scale noodle production.
