Description: Blend of potassium and sodium carbonate (powders) of high quality and purity and is used for ramen noodles. It gives the noodles the real ramen texture and flavor as well as smell and color. This is needed since the noodles will be put straight in a soup and need to keep the right texture once the consumer is eating the noodles. Kansui RE-10 gives the noodles a great texture and is our most popular kansui type and gives the noodles a bit harder texture compared to the other kansui powders.
