Description: Blend of potassium and sodium carbonate (powders) of high quality and purity and is used for ramen noodles. It gives the noodles the real ramen texture and flavor as well as smell and color. This is needed since the noodles will be put straight in a soup and need to keep the right texture once the consumer is eating the noodles. Kansui K creates a noodle bite that is right in the middle of our other kansui types in terms of texture.
